We have drivers based in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro as well as the Sunshine Coast. However, if you are based outside of these areas we can look into external courier services to deliver.
We know the importance of knowing the product we deliver. Our Delivery Drivers are trained to thoroughly inspect the products they are picking up to match the order, and if there is any doubt they will ring you directly.
No, we charge from your Pick Up Location (point A) to your Delivery Address (point B). We will also provide an extra pair of hands for loading and unloading, and if it is a big load or unload we will only charge an additional $15+ to help.


For shop and delivery: We accept all major credit cards and ZIP All payments are secure and processed directly on our app and website during checkout. For delivery only: Our team will contact you before the delivery to get your card details, and we will charge you upon successful delivery of your order

Delivery Only:

We simply charge for the distance between the Pick Up Location and the Drop Off Location. The minimum charge is $40+GST, and we charge $4+GST per KM.

It is easy to get a quote before you place an order; enter your Pick Up Location and your Drop Off Location on the order form and you will be given an approximate price before placing your order.
There may be additional charges. These are all $15+GST.

  • Waiting at the pick up for more than 10 minutes
  • Loading for more than 10 minutes
  • Unloading for more than 10 minutes
  • Additional Pick Up or Drop Off

Shop Online:

Delivery fees are based on the basket size for Metro orders.

  • Spend over $100, your delivery fee will be $44
  • Spend under $100, your delivery fee will be $64

If you are non-metro, the minimum delivery charge is $99. If you have ordered something bulky, there may be an additional charge based on location and size/weight.

All Shop Online orders are only ‘Authorized’ when you place your order – this means that if you are not happy with the timeframe of the order we can cancel and we will never actually take your money.


We deliver materials using our fleet of utes and partner couriers. Our Utes can take:

  • One tonne in the tray (2550mm x 1800mm)
  • 150 kg on the roof racks, and up to 6m if rigid.

We deliver anywhere. However, we have drivers for immediate delivery in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Metro as well as the Sunshine Coast. Place an order to get a quote for delivery outside of these areas.

For ‘Delivery only’ you can make a change up until the order is ‘In Transit’’. Log in on our website and action the change yourself on your account.

Yes! We want to make sure we get your all delivery instructions correctly, so we encourage our customers to set up an account to place an order. If you need help in setting up an account call us on 1300Getter.
After you complete the checkout process, you will receive a confirmation via email that we have received your order with an order number.
